Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail unless otherwise specified.
If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us before checking out your order.


Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise specified.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. USPS Media Mail typically takes 2-8 business days for delivery.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our services internationally in the future.

Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase from Tilted Books. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order.

​Eligibility for Returns
1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition: Books must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or significant wear not previously noted will make the item ineligible for a refund.
3. Exceptions: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

 

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email us at TiltedBooksTX@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

Refunds
1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition).

 

Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our used books, exchanges for the same title are generally not possible.
